Position: Network Administrator

Job Description:

Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to CANS/WANS/LANs. Schedules and performs network maintenance, installation configuration and repairs. Provides support for all LAN- based applications, routers, firewalls, ATM and Ethernet technology.

Work Experience and Skills Required:

• Three years experience in network installation including high bandwidth data transfer and video.

• Experience with network administration of Linux, Windows, UNIX.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems

• Ability to work late and/or evenings when occasionally necessary

• Familiarity with data transfer technologies and protocols is required.
