Position: Senior Intelligence Analysis Support Specialist

Location: Maryland and Georgia

Job Description:

Personnel in this category will collaborate with other intelligence professionals to provide Intelligence Analysis and Reporting services and related services in support of a government intelligence agency and its customers. Using government furnished tools, systems, and databases in accordance with prescribed standards, Senior Intelligence Analysis Support Specialists (IASS) must be able to perform short- and long-term intelligence research utilizing open and classified sources. Senior IASS personnel must review and analyze high volumes of raw intelligence data, identifying and correlating information and data relevant to intelligence objectives defined by the government customer. Senior IASS personnel must be able to draft and edit concise, accurate and error-free intelligence reports and products in accordance with applicable government standards for format, quality, and timeliness. Responsibilities may include researching, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on critical intelligence indicators using various reporting formats and tools to various classification levels as the required by intelligence objectives. Depending on the position, additional responsibilities may include database maintenance, creating effective database queries, collection management, compiling and presenting briefings and compiling periodic highlight summaries. Senior IASSs may be required to oversee and correct the work of contract analysts who are less experienced, providing appropriate feedback for improvement. Shift work is required for many positions.

Degree/Experience:

• Ten (10) years of directly related intelligence analysis experience at a government intelligence agency. Experience within the last three (3) years is highly desired.
• Experience in information research and management, experience with content delivery, web authoring and designing is highly desired for some positions.
• Experience with at least two of the following: ANCHORY, OCTAVE, SKYWRITER, BEAMER, CREST, e-WorkSpace, PINWALE, or HOMEBASE is required and must be within the past three (3) years
